Cubital Tunnel Syndrome

Cubital Tunnel Syndrome is a condition that involves compressive neuropathy of the ulnar nerve usually caused by anatomic compression passes through the Cubital tunnel (a tunnel of muscle, ligament, and bone) inside of the elbow. Cubital tunnel syndrome can cause pain, numbness, tingling, and muscle weakness in your hands and arms.

Symptoms may range from mild discomfort in the early stages to severe pain and weakness as the condition progresses.
• Numbness and tingling in the hand especially when the elbow is bent
• Numbness and tingling at night
• Hand pain
• Weak grip and clumsiness due to muscle weakness in the affected arm and hand
• Aching pain on the inside of the elbow
• In night caused by sleeping with an arm inflection
• caused by sleeping with an arm in flexion
• When the elbow is bent for a long period of time, such as while holding a phone, working etc.
