Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) musculoskeletal – neurosensory disorder Characterized by subjective complaints widespread muscle pain, fatigue, sleep disturbance, heightened pain, and joint stiffness that affect people physically & mentally.

  • Fibromyalgia is more common in women than men. It most often starts in middle adulthood, but can occur in the teen years and in old age. You are at higher risk for fibromyalgia if you have a rheumatic disease.
  • Extreme sensitivity, Myofascial tenderness, Fatigue, Brain fog (concentration and memory problems known as fibro fog/brain fog).
