Knee Pain

Knee pain refers to a multifactorial, underlying disease consisting of cartilage breakdown to joint infections or overuse, and these conditions may be to blame for painful knees. An articulation   between 4 bones, pain that interferes with daily activities including walking, lifting weight.

Causes: Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, ligament injury, tendon injuries, broken kneecap, cartilage injury. 

Symptoms: 
• Redness
• Swelling
• Stiffness of knee\
• Popping /crunching noise 
• Pain starts after walking few minutes 
• Knee instability
• Infection 
• Difficulty climbing stairs
