Tennis Elbow
Tennis elbow /lateral tennis elbow / lateral stress syndrome / lateral epicondylitis. Painful condition radiating pain from outside of elbow to forearm, it normally occurs overuse and repetitive motions of the wrist and arm of tendons and muscle of the forearm near to the elbow joint. It is also called Overuse or repetitive stress syndrome.
Muscle ligaments and tendons help hold bones together it’s when the tendons that join your for our muscles to the bones become irritated that begin to experience the tennis elbow.
Symptoms pain associated with tennis elbow:
• Pain and weakness when using the affected elbow
• Pain with resistance
• Pain / weakness with griping an object
• Burning elbow
• Tenderness in the outer elbow
